Job Title: Process Improvement Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing science team, you will be responsible for participating in activities related to process improvement and optimization.
About the Role:
* Provide technical support with regard to manufacturing processes, investigations, and optimization.
* Participate in small scale studies execution and evaluate (new) equipment performance.
* Support regulatory inspections and prepare regulatory submissions/meetings.
* Design and support lab-scale trial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support investigations and assessments related to processes.
* Manage and/or support yield improvement projects, cycle time reduction, and process robustness initiatives.
* Participate in risk assessment within changes.
* Provide technical support with regard to manufacturing processes, investigations, optimization, and trouble shooting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Knowledge of GMP-requirements, Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodology.
* Strong knowledge of Human albumin fractionation and purification processes.
* Leadership skills, including vision, strategy, business alignment, people management, communication, influencing others, and managing change.
* Focusing on priorities and delivering superior results.

Education, Behavioural Competencies, and Skills:
* Master or PhD degree in technical/scientific education, preferably pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or pharma-process engineering.
* Willingness to travel to various meetings and events.
