PTrillium Pumps Italy is looking for a strongProposal Engineer. /strong /ppProposal Engineer reports to the Engineering Quality Manager and is part of Aftermarket Service Center Italy (Massafra). Proposal Engineer carries out most of its activities during the offer phase, working in close collaboration with the Technical Engineer and RSM, acting as the main customer reference. /ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /ppIncluding but not limited to: /pulliCustomer Technical Specification and MR Analysis (received from Sales Team) /liliManagement of Customer queries (deviations and clarifications) /liliCollaboration with Technical Engineers for the Buy Out Items /liliParticipation in technical alignment meeting/call, with possible presence at customer site. /liliComplete definition of the cost associated with all offered items /liliDefinition of pricing, based on the indications of Project/Proposal Manager and Sales Team /liliPreparation of the "offer package", including all relevant attachments. /liliChecking coherence of the supply scope of the PO received from the Customer vs the latest submitted quote. /liliSupport the PE and PM during internal and Customer Kick Off Meeting (KOM) /liliSalesforce and DOA management /li /ulpThe above activities can be referred both to Budget and Firm Quotations /ppstrongQualifications /strong /ppBachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. Junior experience in engineering or development. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Knowledge of English language. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
