OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and manage end-to-end delivery activities, with a strong focus on Design, Integration, Validation, and Acceptance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including MS, NPI, Care, and R&D, while also acting as a key interface towards customers.ResponsibilitiesLead technical projects from setup to delivery;Coordinate cross-functional teams (MS, NPI, Care, R&D);Manage risks, execution, testing & acceptance;Act as a customer-facing technical lead;Review technical documentation (HLD, LLD, SVS, Test Strategy, ATP, MOP);Provide clear project status reporting.QualificationsExperience in SW Telco solutions & integration;Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix, Databases (SQL, Oracle, Aerospike, MariaDB);Solid understanding of TCP/IP, Diameter, HTTP2, SIP, SOAP/XML, SNMP;Cloud experience (VNF/CNF, VMware, OpenStack);Exposure to HSS/HLR, AUSF/UDM, IMS, VoLTE, OSS/BSS;Experience in multi-domain, complex projects;Strong leadership, communication & customer focus.Capgemini Romania is an equal opportunity employer.
