Trova is seeking an Oracle Senior Financials Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS to delivery new digital transformation projects and improve clients live projects.
This role requires deep knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud modules and the ability to lead implementations, extensions, integrations and system optimizations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 to 7 years of experience and a proven track record in successfully delivering Oracle ERP Financials solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Development and Implementation :
Lead the implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud modules related to financials area, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet the client's objectives.
System Configuration and extend/integrate :
Configure Oracle ERP Cloud modules to meet client-specific needs.
Lead integration and extensions to address gaps in standard functionality, working closely with technical teams.
Compliance and Risk Management :
Ensure all financials processes follow regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Lead audits and risk management assessments when necessary.
User Support and Issue Resolution :
Provide advanced user support for Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules (General Ledger, Tax, Payables, Receivables, Project Billing, Assets etc.).
Address complex user queries and troubleshoot system issues.
Financials Process Optimization :
Analyze, design, and optimize financials processes, ensuring clients leverage Oracle ERP Cloud features to achieve greater efficiency and cost savings.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams :
Act as a senior point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and that all solutions are aligned with business requirements.
Training and Documentation :
Provide training to end-users and support teams on procurement and supply chain modules.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.
Testing and Quality Assurance :
Lead testing activities for new implementations and system enhancements.
Reporting and Analytics :
Develop and generate detailed reports using Oracle ERP Cloud's analytics tools.

Onsite presence for a minimum of 2 / 3 days a week is a MUST openings in Milan, Florence or Verona.
