Descrizione dell'incarico Mestiere Salute, sicurezza e ambiente - Responsable service SSE Titolo del posto EH&S Specialist M/F Contratto Contratto a tempo indeterminato Ore di lavoro Tempo pieno Descrizione della mission We are looking for an EH&S Specialist to join our Brugherio site operating in the aerospace sector, a highly regulated and technologically advanced environment where safety, precision, and compliance are critical to operational excellence. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our Environment, Health & Safety standards fully support the reliability, quality, and innovation required by the aerospace industry. You will act as a trusted partner to the organization, promoting a strong safety culture and contributing to sustainable and compliant operations across the site. This position offers the opportunity to work in a complex manufacturing environment, interacting with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, and directly impacting employee wellbeing, environmental protection, and regulatory compliance. You will contribute not only to maintaining high safety standards but also to continuously improving processes in line with both local regulations and international aerospace requirements. Profilo Key Responsibilities - Ensure site compliance with applicable EH&S regulations and corporate requirements. - Support risk assessments and the implementation of preventive and corrective actions. - Design, implement, and continuously improve EH&S programs, procedures, and initiatives. - Work closely with the EHS teams across the sites to drive alignment and promote the implementation of shared projects and initiatives. - Monitor site performance against regulatory requirements and corporate KPIs. - Manage environmental and health & safety compliance activities, including managing and maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, ensuring ongoing compliance with certification requirements. This includes supporting internal and external audits, maintaining documented information, monitoring corrective and preventive actions, tracking performance indicators, and driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with corporate standards. - Prepare and submit environmental regulatory reports and maintain accurate documentation. - Develop clear and effective reports and presentations tailored to different levels of the organization, from operators to senior management. - Develop, deliver, and track EH&S training programs and toolbox talks. - Partner with business functions to support safe work practices and regulatory compliance. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address EH&S topics related to facilities, contractors, and employee activities. - Support contractor management processes to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. - Contribute to the development and communication of EH&S policies and procedures across the site. Professional Requirements - Promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization. - Support the implementation of corporate EH&S programs and campaigns. - Proven experience managing small projects or EH&S processes. - Strong knowledge of environmental and health & safety regulations. - Strong ability to interact and collaborate with different company functions, including management, supervisors, operators, and other stakeholders. - Ability to design and deliver effective EH&S training sessions. - Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills in managing training records, deadlines, and compliance documentation. Soft Skills - Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. - Strong communication and influencing skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Education - Degree in Engineering (Environmental Engineering preferred). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. - At least 2 years of experience in similar roles or activities. Languages - Fluent in English. - Basic proficiency in French is considered an asset.
