Your Role You will optimize and develop the supply base supporting three production sites. Assess supplier capacity and drive supply base consolidation and risk reduction. You will lead make-or-buy analyses and production relocation initiatives. Develop should-cost models and support procurement negotiations. You will coordinate supplier production planning and capacity balancing across sites. Ensure on-time deliveries through proactive expediting and risk management. You will work cross-functionally with Procurement, Engineering, Planning, Quality, and Logistics. Your background Strong background in supply chain, procurement, and production planning. Experience in capacity analysis, cost engineering, and should-cost modeling. Solid project management skills in sourcing and relocation projects. Ability to read BOMs and understand manufacturing processes and technologies. Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a multi-site, cross-functional environment.
