Software Test Engineer:

TXT E-Tech, a TXT Group company, is looking for a Software Test Engineer for the Aerospace & Aviation division.
The candidate will be part of an international team responsible for defining and executing software testing for the Virtual Maintenance Trainer (VMT).
Main responsibilities:
System requirements analysis;
Definition of software functional and acceptance tests;
Execution of test procedures in line with the test plan and project milestones;
Tracking of detected bug sand subsequent verification of their resolution;
Preparation of technical documentation (Master Test Plan, Acceptance Test Procedure, Acceptance Test Report);
Support to system installation at the End User Site;
Participation in project meetings and reviews.
Required technical skills:
Basic knowledge of aircraft on-board systems;
Knowledge of the English language.
Experience in the aviation industry, in software testing activities, and knowledge of software life cycle will be considered a plus.
Required education: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
The ideal candidate has aptitude for teamwork, accuracy, proactivity, meticulousness, attention to detail and problem solving skills.
