Overview
As OOH Sales Controller, you will support the financial performance of the Out-of-Home channel, acting as a key business partner to Sales. You will provide financial insights to drive decision-making, ensure robust control of sales performance and commercial investments, and contribute to sustainable growth and profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, prepare forecasts, and influence pricing and promotions. This is a growth-focused role in a global Nestlé unit, offering a chance to shape profitability and strategy in a high-impact channel.
Responsibilities
* Monitor OOH channel performance (volumes, net sales, pricing, mix, margin)
* Prepare monthly closings, forecasts and budget cycles with clear business insights
* Analyze variances vs. Budget, Forecast and Last Year, identifying key performance drivers
* Support Sales teams with ad-hoc financial analyses and recommendations
* Control trade investments, discounts and commercial conditions
* Contribute to pricing and promotional strategy definition
* Deliver insights by customer, brand and portfolio to improve profitability
* Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies
Qualifications
* At least 3-5 years of experience in Controlling or Sales Finance (FMCG preferred)
* Proven ability to act as a business partner and manage stakeholders
* Fluent in Italian and English
* Degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent
* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools
