Ph3Overview /h3pExperteer OverviewIn this role, you lead design and validation of innovative tire compound concepts to support Bridgestone’s sustainable mobility efforts. You work within an RD team to move ideas from prototype through validation to industrialization, leveraging materials science, chemistry, and process technology. You collaborate across functions to advance the innovation journey and partner with internal and external stakeholders to push fundamental understanding of materials and tribology.
