Role OverviewWe are hiring a Technical Recruiter to source and hire engineering and technical talent. The role partners with engineering leaders to fill roles thoughtfully — fluent in the language of the engineers you're recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
* Run full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, and referrals
* Conduct technical screens and partner with hiring panels on assessments
* Coordinate complex interview loops with engineering managers
* Negotiate offers and close candidates competitively
* Maintain ATS hygiene and improve funnel conversion
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3+ years in technical recruiting (in-house or specialist agency)
* Strong understanding of engineering roles and tech stacks
* Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms
* Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, X-ray, GitHub search)
* Excellent stakeholder management with engineering leaders
* Track record of closing senior engineers in competitive markets
