Job Description:

Role Overview:

This advanced sales support role involves assisting customers and sales channels by leveraging application experience and product knowledge to deliver optimal thermal solutions and quotes for standard products. The role supports all levels of sales activities and acts as a liaison between factory experts and customers to ensure a seamless Watlow experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support for product advice, selection, and applications.
* Advise customers and sales agents on product selection and troubleshooting.
* Develop quotes and manage customer accounts.
* Resolve product, application, and production issues.
* Participate in product growth strategies and sales development.
* Oversee large customer projects and technical inquiries.
* Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific sites and product platforms.
* Maintain technical documentation and promotional materials.
* Support the sales channel during customer visits as a technical expert.

Qualifications and Attributes:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* Previous engineering experience in industrial sectors such as mechanical, electrical, or process engineering.
* Ability to advise customers, distributors, and sales agents effectively on product selection and troubleshooting.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in English and Italian for communication within a European-wide team.
* Willingness to travel, mainly within Italy.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with heaters or thermal solutions.
* Previous leadership experience.
