The role is responsible for the technical management and coordination of F1 car parts production. They ensure that technical solutions and processes agreed with all stakeholders meet technical, quality requirements and planning constraints. Additionally, they are in overall charge of defining the best feasible technical solutions and providing documentation and support to production departments. /p pbProduction Project Management /b /p pOversee and manage all technical aspects of the projects, including Non Conformities or Faults raised during track events. /p pWork with Production Planning Department to set deadlines and targets and to optimize lead times. /p pWork with all stakeholders (i.e. Design Office, Quality, PMO, Car Eng., ecc.) to identify and develop the best solutions in terms of feasibility, production processes, planning and final product quality. /p pWork with Production Departments stakeholders (Head of, Team Leaders, Group Leaders) to optimize lead time and improve quality. /p pCollaborate with Head of Production Engineering in mentoring Production Project Managers. /p pProvide support to Production Project Managers in all technical aspects. /p pCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including both technical procedures and ERP routing. /p pCreate technical reports and Escalate to management, as needed. /p pInvestigate new processes and technologies cooperating with technical departments. /p pbProfessionalism /b /p pCommunicate effectively with all stakeholders, maintain and develop good relationships with all stakeholders. /p pProvide flexible attendance and attitude to work, both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projects. /p pTo work in a professional manner at all times regardless of the task set and be pro‑active in promoting a positive image for the department and for the team. /p pbYour application /b /p pOnce you’ve submitted your application, you’ll most likely receive an invitation to complete the Red Bull Wingfinder assessment.
