Position: Delivery Manager
Job location: Milan
We are looking for a great Delivery Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to achieve all the delivery KPIs allocated to the Delivery department.
- First Owner from Order Signed to Revenue Triggered, responsible for fulfilling customer need.
- Administrate the fulfillment of customer contract, review the lead time of customer contracts to ensure the feasibility of contracts/orders and to be responsible for the on-time delivery of cargo.
- Follow HQ Supply Center or local warehouse about Supply Availability, Production Schedule, Pick & Pack Status, and commit EPD.
- Confirm shipping plan in system and make sure the delivery request be transmitted to HQ quickly and accurately.
- Supervise and coordinate the in-time implementation of all the steps of delivery with all the related departments, keep routinely and closely communicate between sales /customers and factory departments in HQ to make sure all the delivery information is passed on smoothly & efficiently.
- Monitor and analyze the operation figures (forecast, sales, stock…) to keep reasonable stock level for KA and avoid overdue stock.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or logistics 5-7 years of experience.
- Excellent understanding of delivery, logistics principles and methodologies
- Proactive attitude, teamwork spirit
- Familiar with office software - Word, Excel, etc.
- Fluent in Italian and English, Chinese is a plus
- Team player, ability work under stress
- Never give-up mentality
