Come join us We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Delivery Lead to lead projects in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing complex initiatives and delivering digital banking solutions and IT transformation programs. Familiarity with core banking migrations, compliance initiatives, CRM platforms and payments solutions would be considered highly appreciated. The Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, client relations, and team leadership, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. What you will do: Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. Understand client needs and requirements and ensure these are effectively communicated to the delivery team. Regularly update clients on project progress, manage expectations, and address any issues or concerns promptly. Collaborate with the Sales Accounts to develop the business on the Client. Project Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage the delivery schedule. Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting on progress and any necessary adjustments. Team Leadership: Strong management skills, strategic thinking and problem solving skills Oversee a team of project managers, coordinators, and other delivery staff. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for improving delivery processes and implement best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks and issues, escalating them as necessary. Industry Knowledge: Understand the competitive landscape and emerging technologies that impact the sector. Anticipate the client needs and identify new business opportunities.. Skills and experiences Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus. 8 - 10 years of experience in project management, delivery management, or a related role, within Banking Industry Proven experience managing system integration projects. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
