Requirements:
* Previous store management experience in a luxury retail environment;
* Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams;
* Solid experience in driving KPIs and sales targets while managing complex store operations;
* Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
* Strong communication and commercial skills;
* Digital awareness and adaptability;
* Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients;
* Passion for Diesel brand, product, and heritage;
* Self-motivation, autonomy, and results-driven attitude;
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and feedback skills;
Language proficiency: Italian and English are mandatory; any additional language is considered a strong plus.
