Compliance Specialist - LIMS Expert /h3 pDepartment: Global Operations Production /p pJob ID: 45205 /p h3What the job looks like /h3 ul liYou will work within the Quality Department as a Business Process Expert of LIMS /li liDesign specification, customization and configuration of LIMS in order to satisfy the business requirement /li liPQ validation tests of LIMS system /li liSetting of master data in LIMS /li liSupport on LIMS relevant topics after go-live for all business departments /li liSupport on LIMS relevant topics for all business departments /li liWorkshops and daily meetings with cross functional and international teams /li liTraining on Qualified Persons and QC analysts /li liDaily collaboration with Business Process Owners, Business Process Managers, IT consultants, and Project Managers to carry on the project /li liSupport digital roadmap implementation on Quality Control project /li liProcess mapping of Quality Control processes /li liFit-gap analysis between processes in the headquarter and the local sites /li liWriting and reviewing of project documentation: flowcharts, Blueprint, SOPs, User Requirements, Risk Assessments, Validation documents /li /ul h3What you'll bring to the table /h3 ul liExperience in a similar role, such as BPE or LIMS Key User within pharma companies /li liFamiliarity with SAP QM Module is highly beneficial /li liFluency in Italian and English /li liPrevious experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Quality Control Department is beneficial /li liExcellent communication skills, Problem solver, agility, willing to work in a fast-paced environment /li liKnowledge of validation techniques (GMP; GAMP; WHO, CFR21…), risk management, data management, data integrity knowledges /li /ul pGrünenthal offers equal employment opportunities.
