Diesel operates worldwide, with over 80 countries and 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company-owned stores.

We are currently looking for Full-Time Client Advisors to join our Diesel Flagship Store in Milano San Babila.


You

* Are an authentic, passionate, trusted client advisor: an intuitive sales associate with a passion for style.
* Are a powerful communicator, handling clients with care and empathy, always putting the client first.
* Are courageous with ideas, innovative, eager to grow and learn.


Key Responsibilities

* Prioritize the client experience, understanding their needs and expectations.
* Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience.
* Master storytelling and engaging questioning techniques.
* Create long-term, authentic relationships with clients, making them feel valued.
* Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with management when necessary.
* Demonstrate leadership on the sales floor, driving sales results and team objectives.
* Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and meet KPIs.
* Show strong brand and product knowledge.
* Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and visual merchandising, complying with company guidelines.
* Ensure security measures are followed to prevent thefts, including tagging merchandise.
* Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors, thinking creatively about improvements.
* Develop and nurture meaningful client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.


Key Requirements

* Previous sales experience is a plus; experience in luxury fashion retail is advantageous.
* Passion for retail, client service, and a commercial mindset.
* Strong understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
* Excellent communication skills; willingness to evolve within the organization; relocation willingness is a plus.
* Digitally aware and open to new working methods.
* Strong competencies in Decision Making, Strategic Thinking, Financial Acumen, Innovation, Customer Focus, and Execution.
