Now, the club is preparing for its most audacious move yet: the transition from the century‑old Stadio Pier Luigi Penzo to a breathtaking new home within the Bosco dello Sport (Forest of Sport). Scheduled for completion in Autumn 2027, this 18,500‑seat masterpiece, featuring a striking “sinusoidal” exterior that mirrors the undulating waves of the Venetian Lagoon, the venue will serve as a 365‑day destination for luxury hospitality, international concerts, and elite global events. /p h3CRM Analyst – Overview /h3 pElevate is looking for an individual to join our revenue strategy team. You will be our day‑to‑day Salesforce administrator, reporting to the Database Manager to effectively manage sales enablement tools serving more than 20 users. This role will be vital to sales executives as they understand and use Salesforce to close business. You will have direct exposure to leaders from all Elevate solutions, supporting their training and engagement with the system by serving as our first point of contact for all things Salesforce. The Analyst will also directly drive revenue for Venezia FC sales team by distributing leads and creating campaigns via bulk uploads of opportunities. Our CRM efforts are a vital part of the revenue generation team for Venezia FC and our clients will be at the heart of all you do. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pCRM Administration /p ul liProvide day‑to‑day support and training for users of Elevate’s Salesforce instance. /li liUse standard and custom Salesforce objects to collect, maintain, and query data that leads to actionable insights for sales leaders. /li liAssist CRM team with pipeline management, helping sales leaders to make data‑driven decisions from current and future sales opportunities. /li liExecute lead scoring program to prioritize leads based on multiple criteria. /li liManage, select, and distribute leads from a variety of lead sources for B2C campaigns. /li liCollaborate with CRM team and sales leaders to enhance user processes and data integrity. /li liAssist internal teams, such as Marketing, with list development. /li liAssist with client CRM engagements, spanning multiple systems (HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.). /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pThe following are our target qualifications for this role. Education and/or Experience /h3 ul liAnalyst Level: One+ (1+) years of work experience in a CRM role is preferred. /li liRelevant Salesforce certifications a plus. /li liSports industry experience a plus. /li /ul h3B. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities /h3 ul liFamiliarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems (HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.), including workflows and customisations. /li liFamiliarity with basic database concepts and the relationships between accounts, contacts, opportunities, and products. /li liProficient in Microsoft and Google suites. /li liExperience using a data visualization tool such as Tableau or PowerBI to tell stories with the data. /li liSelf‑starter with a positive, “no‑quit” attitude. /li liPeople‑oriented. Ability to collaborate and influence diverse teams. Strong communication skills that can tell the story of the data. /li liAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. /li liCreative, analytical thinker with strong attention to detail. /li liUnderstands the importance of preserving confidentiality. /li /ul h3Position and Benefits Details /h3 ul liFull Time - Non‑Exempt /li liSalary: €45,000 - €50,000+ Bonus /li /ul pThis is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
