- Support the role out of Dynamics 365 in different local sites
- Conduct the local impact analyses on processes and organization, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
- Drive local role mapping activities in close collaboration with Local Process Owners and local management
- Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of local training programs
- Understand and support regional/local process enablement activities
- Support local management with driving the local change management and connecting to the change in processes and organization and identifying anticipated resistance
- Identify, engage local stakeholders & plan and support local change network from business process point of view
- Ensure deadlines of the different roll-outs are meet
- Ensure project are reported and project objectives are achieved

**Requisiti**:
Requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant field (Business, organizational development, processing)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in (ERP) project environments and preferable in ERP implementation projects
- Good knowledge of process design or process reviewing activities
- Good understanding on key business processes in scope of ERP
- Fluent in English
- Experienced in leading projects
- Excellent computer skills
- Willingness to travel
