The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Strategy & Web Specialist to own and accelerate our primary digital asset at a critical moment for the company.
This is a high-impact role with clear accountability on how our website supports our growth. The role exists to turn our product strategy into a high-performing digital experience, ensuring the website remains a competitive advantage in a fast-paced market.
You’ll own the website, its execution, align with cross-functional stakeholders, and work in a tech-driven environment. This role is for someone who thrives in a high-expectation environment, can operate autonomously, and combines technical project management with hands-on digital execution.
Responsibilities
Website Evolution & Strategy
- Own the end-to-end roadmap and execution of the website, from strategic requirements to technical delivery and performance optimization.
- Translate product requirements into high-quality web pages and components, ensuring best practices in UX, SEO, and performance.
- Align with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Design, Management) to ensure the website reflects the latest product evolutions.
Digital Operations & Optimization
- Own the website based on the technology chosen (CMS/Headless/Other) and the implementation of new digital tools within the marketing stack.
- Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) through continuous testing and layout improvements.
- Ensure the website is perfectly integrated with our CRM (HubSpot) and Lead Generation workflows.
Metrics & Analytics
- Own the tracking infrastructure: setup and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Track and report on website performance, from core web vitals to conversion funnel health.
- Continuously optimize the digital journey based on data, heatmaps, and user behavior insights.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage the web development sprint execution, reviews, and documentation.
- Support the Product Marketing team by providing technical feasibility insights for new requirements and content.

3-5+ years of experience in B2B tech environments, specifically in roles focused on Web Management, Digital Ops, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong track record of owning complex web projects (redesigns, migrations, or new feature deployments).
- Direct exposure to executive leadership, being able to present the website's impact on business goals.
- Experience in Agencies or scale-ups is a plus.
- Technical and Web Expertise: Deep understanding of website architecture, along with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and fundamental Javascript. Experienced in leveraging modern development tools (IDE, AI-assisted coding) for efficient execution, and possessing expertise in technical SEO/AEO.
- Data & Tracking Mastery: Advanced knowledge of GA4, GTM, and analytical tools; ability to "build" the tracking, not just read a dashboard.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple parallel web updates and integrations.
- B2B Tech Understanding: Knowledge of the B2B buying cycle and how a website serves different personas (Devs, Architects, C-levels).
- Proficiency in English.
