Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Support Global IT Services within Hyperion focus by: Operating within the core values and operating principles of the organization, providing real-time technical support and analysis for internal and external business users. Ensure the smooth running of IT operations in the field, including user support, IT systems, domain services, communications, and connectivity. Proactively collaborate with all team roles to support timely resolution of issues. Solve complex problems; take broad perspectives to identify potential solutions. Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise regarding products, systems, programs, and business processes. Identify and address user problems, perform follow-up to guide and implement solutions. Manage crisis situations involving complex hardware or software issues. Qualifications: Education and/or Work Experience: Degree preferred in a computer systems related field. Certifications such as A, MCP, or similar are a plus. Relevant degree or equivalent experience in IT Support. Experience with IT service delivery, preferably in a global service desk setting, is advantageous. Willingness to travel to remote offices as required. Availability to be on call and work weekends when necessary. Technical Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical concepts. Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to multitask effectively. Ability to work well within a team. Stay updated on current and emerging technologies. Advanced knowledge of Windows PC/Server operating systems. Ability to install, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware including workstations, peripherals, printers, scanners, copiers, iPhones, and iPads. Physical ability to lift PCs, servers, etc., as necessary. Experience working with technical and non-technical users. Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial IT equipment. Knowledge of Italian Industry 4.0 audits is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint. Knowledge of M3, SQL Server is a plus.
