PThe SAP S/4HANA programme is one of the most transformative programmes launched in Sidel. It will set the foundations for the acceleration of the business strategy over the coming years, and together with this ambition, substantial investment in resources has been committed. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring strong program governance, tracking cross-functional activities, and aligning all stakeholders throughout the SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle. This role is key in maintaining the structure, transparency, and momentum required for a successful digital transformation in a complex manufacturing environment. /ph3Your Mission /h3pWhat is expected of you: /pulliDriving project governance, structure and communication across multiple global IT workstreams for the SAP S/4HANA program aligned to the overall governance structure. /liliSupporting the program leadership in coordinating timelines, milestones, and deliverables aligned with business goals, acting as a bridge between IT and Business programme management. /liliFacilitating effective collaboration between IT teams, business units, external SAP consultants, and third-party vendors. /liliCreating and managing program documentation: RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), dashboards, meeting minutes and action trackers ensuring alignment across IT and Business. /liliMaintaining detailed project schedules across multiple workstreams and proactively flag deviations or delays. /liliSupporting change control, cutover planning and readiness assessments. /liliCoordinating steering committees and ensuring clear communication and reporting to executive stakeholders. /liliAssisting in resource planning and capacity tracking across global IT teams. /liliDefining and monitoring each IT workstreams activity plan, deliverables and milestones, ensuring alignment with overall Aurora deliverables and milestones. /liliForecasting and managing critical skill requirements (SAP module specialists, data architects, integration experts). /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3pWhat you bring to Sidel: /pulliBachelor’s degree in information systems, or related discipline. /liliPMP, PRINCE2, SAFe/Agile-at-scale) and/or SAP Activate certifications. /lili5+ years in PMO/project leadership roles within end2end SAP implementation programs. /lili2+ years PMO experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects. Experience of “green field” implementations preferred and/or ERP consolidation scenarios. /liliExperience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is highly preferred, particularly involving supply chain, logistics, or production modules. /liliExceptional stakeholder management, able to balance CIO-level discussions with on-the-ground IT teams /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to anticipate risks before they escalate /liliAbility to lead and deliver under pressure in high-stakes transformation environments /li /ulpSidel is a global business, and teams are geographically spread with the Digital Technology team primarily located in Italy, France and India.
