Ph3Company Description /h3 pBonatti is an International Contractor providing services to the oil gas industry with over 70 years of experience. 10,000 people on 4 continents guarantee activities ranging from engineering and construction, to the operation maintenance of plants and pipelines. /p h3Position /h3 pbLogistic Coordinator /b will be based at our Headquarters in Parma. /p pThe successful candidate will ensure the proper management of project logistics, including accommodation camps, warehouses, consumable materials, the company’s fleet, material receival from abroad and other sites, and material collection from the local market, with a particular focus on pipeline projects. /p pThe successful candidate will be responsible for researching, evaluating, and purchasing materials, equipment, services, and subcontracts, ensuring that quality products are acquired at competitive prices and delivered on time to meet project requirements. /p pKey responsibilities will include managing the bidding process, analyzing bid results, and providing recommendations for award decisions to the Procurement Manager/Coordinator or Project Management. Additionally, the Buyer will prepare purchase orders and contracts based on corporate templates and support the Expediting Team in monitoring delivery timelines. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProcure materials and services for projects in compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and regulations, particularly those related to procurement, health, safety, environmental, security, and quality standards. /li liManage the entire procurement process from receiving Material Requisition (MR) or Request for Direct Approval (RDA) to issuing Purchase Orders or Subcontracts. /li liTrack the delivery of Purchase Orders and Subcontracts, addressing any issues in collaboration with the Expediting Team or Project Management as necessary. /li liAnalyze and prepare tender documents (Bid Packages) by collecting relevant specifications and documents from various departments (e.g., Technical, HSE, Planning). /li liDevelop and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to a minimum of three pre‑qualified vendors. /li liWork closely with the Procurement Manager/Coordinator to select vendors and review commercial and technical offers. /li liLead negotiations regarding prices, terms, conditions, and contracts with suppliers, ensuring full compliance with ethical standards and anti‑bribery regulations. /li liCoordinate with Project Management to ensure timely delivery and address any procurement‑related issues during the execution phases. /li liPrepare and submit final bid evaluations, negotiate contract terms, and manage the processing of purchase orders, subcontracts, and related agreements. /li liMaintain strong relationships with current suppliers and explore opportunities to engage new vendors. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liA minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Buyer in the construction industry, preferably within the Oil Gas, EPC contractors, or Power Generation sectors. /li liFamiliarity with JDE or SAP ERP systems is preferred. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. /li liStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams. /li liExcellent planning, organisational and problem‑solving abilities. /li liResults‑driven, with a focus on ensuring timely procurement and delivery. /li liDetail‑oriented, methodical and diligent in execution. /li liStrong teamwork and collaboration skills. /li /ul h3Other information /h3 pbPlace of work: /b Parma (PR) – bWillingness to work on projects located in both EU and non‑EU countries, including frequent and/or extended field assignments or business trips. /b /p pThis position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 198/2006 and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
