Finance Senior Specialist ManufacturingBe the financial and strategic support to the operational site leader.Our Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) team provides industry‐leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.Responsibilities
Perform period‐end financial closing and support budgets and forecasts for Talamona site, and related financial reporting for P&E, indirect costing and inventory.Execute site strategy and manufacturing finance activities, coordinating planning, pacing and closing activities.Partner with operations to proactively drive strategic and tactical initiatives to reach indirect cost efficiency targets. Calculate OCPH/NAO for yearly standards and track variances versus plan.Partner with operational leaders and commodities leaders to tightly control costs, understand key drivers, provide clear visibility, and translate complex financials into simple metrics for the Ops team. Champion cost optimisation initiatives.Partner with operational leaders and HR to right‐size overall headcount cost structure with projected workload.Support P&E and physical inventory count in compliance with applicable policies/SOX requirements, and support KPMG and internal audit as needed.Communicate the broader picture to the team and use influencing skills to deliver on assigned goals.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of finance experience.Demonstrated ability to work with cross‐functional teams in a matrix organisation.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to create and maintain positive relationships.Strong communication skills.Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.Detail‐oriented, with a clear path to achieve larger objectives.Drive continuous process improvement, execution‐oriented.Fluent in English.
