Company Description:
Synergie Italia Spa, Vicenza branch, is seeking for a company in the cosmetics sector a Junior Production Worker.
Position:
The selected candidate, integrated within the production team and following training and mentorship, will be responsible for managing production lines, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and replacing molds and formats as required by the production processes.
Requirements:
* Technical education, preferably in electrical fields;
* Familiarity with basic tools and equipment;
Experience is not mandatory; proactive attitude, enthusiasm, and dynamism are valued.
Additional Information:
* Initial fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment upon retirement replacement;
* Day shift, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, including a lunch break;
* Work location: Dueville (VI);
