We want to hear about your successes and results, especially in industries like financial services. Take charge: Lead and motivate a small team to build talent pools for upcoming engagements. Be inventive: Support sourcing efforts across platforms, utilize AI and tools for benchmarking, assessment, and selection. Share how you attract frontline sales talent. Embrace progression: Build large talent pools and ensure effective communication and candidate experience. Get creative: Develop engaging outreach for sales and go-to-market communities in Europe, especially Nordics, Italy, and German-speaking countries, and collaborate on hiring campaigns. Take ownership: Manage candidate pipelines for multiple roles, tracking data in CRM/ATS. Drive with data: Use metrics and insights to improve sourcing and support colleagues. Add real value: Engage stakeholders, support hiring managers, and deliver targeted messaging for successful hires.
