HR Recruiter Support (Tempo parziale Law 68/99) at TXT GROUP
TXT Group is looking for an HR Recruiter Support to join the Group’s Corporate Recruiting Team.
Main Responsibilities Support in the definition and posting of new job openings, with publication across various social media channels.
Screening of resumes and evaluation of profiles in line with company needs.
Active search through various available channels to support the team's requirements.
Candidate contact for interview scheduling and phone pre‑interviews.
Data entry and updates in the company database.
Support in optimizing and managing administrative documentation.
Required Skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Good command of the English language.
High school diploma or university degree in humanities/sciences or a Master’s degree in Human Resources.
A hybrid work model and a part‑time fixed‑term contract are provided.
