Your Role And Responsibilities
Working with ServiceNow modules in the RUN team for a major customer.
Providing development and maintenance support for ServiceNow tool implementation and customization.
Developing Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Macros, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer and Background Scripts to expand ServiceNow usage.
Working on Data Source and building scripts for Transform Map to import asset/CI data into ServiceNow using import sets.
Using Service Catalog items and complex workflows to automate users’ daily business processes.
Building tables, customizing and designing forms and fields as per customer needs.
Collecting customer requirements, writing technical documents and designing solutions.
Active listening and communication skills, respecting diverse viewpoints and demonstrating strong customer‑centric attitude and teamwork.
Curious and open‑minded willing to explore new technologies, capable of facing up‑to‑date platforms and frameworks required in IBM clients’ projects.
Preferred Education Technical Diploma.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Bachelor, Master, or University Degree in STEM disciplines (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics).
Minimum B1 knowledge of English language.
3+ years of experience with ServiceNow as application developer.
