The selected candidate will have the opportunity to have an on-the-job training experience in the field of resource management.
The person will be involved in the following activities:
1. Support to Business Units and Functions in carrying out HR activities
2. Management of Employee Life Cycle processes with operations on the Workday management system
3. Talent acquisition and talent management
4. Development and analysis of HR data, with the aim of creating dashboards, preparing presentations and providing statistical data to guide the definition of HR strategies
5. Writing internal communications to highlight organizational changes
6. Support in the management of strategic change projects
7. Excel data processing and PowerPoint presentations
8. Preparation of HR documents and support in union relations activities
9. DE&I activities
Requirements
10. CURRENTLY studying a MASTER's Degree or have a degree in Economics or political science
11. Interest in HR issues
12. Excellent knowledge of the English language (level B2 or higher)
13. Knowledge of the Office package, in particular Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
14. Accuracy in data analysis, predisposition towards digital tools and precision
We offer a curricular internship lasting 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
