As a ServiceNow Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the portfolio of ADC EMEA SMP clients and projects.Your main responsibilities include:
Assessing the requirements for managing a project and adapting industry-standard methods to fit the specific contextManaging the work of ServiceNow technical experts who are providing consulting services and implementing new product featuresBuilding and maintaining positive working relationships with staff, stakeholders, and clients from diverse backgroundsRegularly updating the project's status dashboardAttending meetings, taking note of instructions, tasks, and queries, and documenting them accordinglyCreating and keeping up to date both program and technical documentationCollaborating with sales and pre-sales team
Job RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
+5 yrs experience managing projects related to ITIL or process improvementExperience in managing projects related to the ServiceNow platform, including its various modules and the ability to evaluate the impact of customizing and configuring the platform to meet specific business requirementsRelevant experience in project management, including coordinating cross-functional teamsProven ability to take initiative, work independently, and quickly learn new skillsExceptional communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail and strong customer-facing abilitiesGood knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Project, VisioSkilled in solving problems creatively and adapting to changing requirementsProven track record of successfully leading large projects, including communicating updates to executive teams and coordinating across functional teamsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to meet tight deadlines.Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
