PpA Floor Supervisor is responsible for supervising room attendants to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while monitoring housekeeping standards and assisting the Head Housekeeper. /p h3What will I be doing? /h3 ul liSupervise Room Attendants /li liDaily allocation of rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members /li liManage guest requests, including VIP amenities and communicating them to the relevant team members /li liRoutine inspection of guest bedrooms to ensure they meet standards /li liAchieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner /li liCarry out lost property procedures /li liReport maintenance issues to Maintenance/Engineering Department /li liAssist Head Housekeeper with training requirements /li liComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation /li liAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 pA Floor Supervisor serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
