Role: Delivery Manager/Techno Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Project Management
Plan, execute, monitor, and control
complex IT projects
from initiation to closure.
Ensure alignment with business goals, technical feasibility, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Develop comprehensive
project plans
, including resource allocation, task prioritization, and milestone tracking.
2. Technical Oversight
Oversee the
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
to ensure quality and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with
ITIL processes
and
architectural standards
.
Collaborate with technical teams to validate solutions and identify areas for improvement.
3. Communication & Stakeholder Management
Act as a liaison between
business stakeholders
and
technical teams
to ensure alignment on deliverables.
Facilitate
effective communication
,
status reporting
, and
issue resolution
across all project phases.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
Identify potential
project risks
and
scope changes
proactively.
Develop and implement
mitigation strategies
and
contingency plans
.
Ensure change management processes are well-documented and approved.
Lead and mentor
cross-functional technical teams
, ensuring clear task allocation and accountability.
Drive team performance to meet project objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Required Experience
8 to 12 years
of professional experience in
IT Project Management
,
Technical Delivery
, or
Digital Payments
.
Proven track record in managing
end-to-end IT solution delivery
within complex enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience in
Digital Payment Gateway systems
is highly preferred.
Proficiency in both
Italian
and
English
(mandatory).
