Regularly review and refine system architecture and performance to align with changing business needs.Support and mentor team members by providing technical direction and collaborating closely with colleagues through peer code reviews and constructive feedback.Promote the adoption of best practices, coding guidelines, and effective development processes.Develop and implement secure, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions using Java and related technologies.Deploy, maintain, and manage applications on cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.Contribute to the delivery of reliable, high-quality software by encouraging test-driven development (TDD) and implementing automated testing approaches.Monitor and enhance system performance while ensuring reliability and high availability.What you'll need:A Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent professional background) along with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or a comparable mix of education and hands-on experience developing applications using Java and frameworks such as Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.Solid experience with microservices architectures, RESTful API design, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with the capability to independently address complex technical issues.Good knowledge of cloud computing principles and hands-on experience with platforms like Azure or AWS.Experience handling large-scale datasets using both relational and non-relational databases, including technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Azure Cosmos DB.In-depth understanding of core computer science concepts, including advanced data structures, algorithms, memory management, multithreading, design patterns, and standard libraries.Familiarity with development environments and tools (e.g., IntelliJ, Visual Studio), version control systems such as Git or Gerrit, and configuration management and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or Ansible.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal abilities.Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across different locations in a highly cooperative environment.Experience working with Agile software development methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Confluence.Comfortable working in both Linux and Windows environments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
