Your role
* You will support our customers with high quality through international technical support (mainly remote and by phone) for Angiography systems (with a focus on customers in Italy).
* You will recognize, understand and solve technical malfunctions of Angiography systems.
* You will analyze technical defects with the help of the customer, service technician or application specialists on site and master both remote diagnosis and the use of databases.
* You will carry out the qualified pre-diagnosis and select defined spare parts.
Your expertise
* Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering/biomedical technology.
* Previous professional experience in the field of technical service/installation of Angiography systems.
* Good English and Italian language knowledge.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Structured, proactive approach to solving customer problems.
