Position: Senior Site Manager – Clinical Trial SupportLocation: Milano, ItalyWe are looking for a driven Senior Site Manager to serve as the primary contact point between the Sponsor and the Investigational Site for assigned clinical trials (phase1‐4). You will ensure inspection readiness and compliance with protocol, SOP, GCP and applicable regulations from study start‐up through to site closure. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, problem‐solving, independence and teamwork.Principal Responsibilities Site feasibility and selection, site initiation and startup, and preparation and conduct of site monitoringOversight of KPIs and site/study close‐out in complex clinical trialsImplementation of a site‐level analytical risk‐based monitoring model and work with the site to resolve issues and deviations during monitoring visitsEnsure accuracy and completeness of all trial data including safety data, manage timely data entry and query resolution in collaboration with site staffCo‐create site‐level recruitment and retention strategies and implement mitigation actions in partnership with other functional areasDocument all trial related activities, communicate site and study progress and issues to Local Trial Managers and central study teamsLocal expert in clinical trials, build therapeutic area knowledge, coach or mentor less experienced colleaguesParticipate in process improvement, training, special initiatives (e.G., Champion, Subject Matter Expert)Assume additional responsibilities or special initiatives as assignedEducation & Experience Requirements BA/BS degree in Life Sciences, Nursing or related scientific field (or equivalent experience)Minimum of 3‐4 years of clinical trial monitoring experience (other relevant experience may be considered)Strong understanding of GCP, local laws and regulationsStrong IT skills in appropriate software and company systemsWillingness to travel with occasional overnight stay away from homeProficient in Italian and English; good written and oral communication skillsPreferred Qualifications Oncology experienceExperience as a Champion or Subject Matter Expert (optional)Required Skills Strong communication, quick learner, problem solver, team playerBenefits Competitive salary (€39,800.00 – €64,055.00) with annual bonus and performance‐based commissions.
