ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and optimize the company's mobile products.Contribute to the implementation of App features for SIYOU business systems, including mobile applications for:Retail SaaSSiyouPayE-commerce platformMerchant managementDevelop Flutter mobile application features, implement UI, and optimize performance.Build App business modules according to product requirements and integrate with backend APIs.Participate in mobile architecture design, component encapsulation, code standard definition, and project maintenance.Debug issues, fix bugs, manage version updates, and support App releases.Collaborate with product, UI, backend, and QA teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.Use AI programming tools (e.g., Claude Code) proficiently to improve development efficiency and code quality.Work in multi-language environments (English, Italian) to understand technical documents and collaborate across languages.
Requirements2+ years of Flutter development experience; solid knowledge of Dart and core Flutter components.Proficiency in Flutter layout, state management, routing, network requests, local storage, etc.Experience integrating RESTful APIs; able to independently debug frontend-backend interactions.Familiar with Android / iOS build and release processes; experience with published projects is a plus.Proficient with Git; good coding practices and teamwork spirit.Ability to analyze and solve mobile performance, compatibility, and stability issues.Fluent in English and Italian for daily communication, reading technical documentation, and cross-language collaboration.Advanced use of Claude Code for code generation, refactoring, debugging, documentation, and task automation.Strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and adaptability to fast-paced iterative projects.Nice to HaveExperience in retail, payment, e-commerce, ERP, or SaaS projects.Experience in Flutter multi-platform adaptation and internationalization (i18n).Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, maps, QR/barcode scanning, payment SDKs, third-party login.Experience publishing apps on App Store / Google Play.Knowledge of CI/CD, build automation, and test automation.Experience using AI programming tools to optimize team development workflows.
