Ph3Job Description /h3 pWe are currently seeking a bTechnical Sales Senior Analyst /b to join our dynamic team in bCastel Guelfo (BO), Italy /b! /p pDeliver expert technical support and training to customers and Sales teams for IT Systems products and solutions, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. /p pTake ownership of technical leadership in complex Multi-Line-of-Business projects and proactively coordinate with Application Engineering teams across departments. /p pEngage, support, and collaborate with third-party suppliers for technical solutions in Multi LOB projects, enhancing our solutions portfolio and ensuring seamless integration. /p pOffer pre-sales technical guidance to Sales teams in developing proposals, quotes, and tenders, ensuring customer needs are met with competitive and tailored solutions. /p pProvide strategic technical expertise for medium-scale projects and key accounts throughout EMEA and worldwide, working closely with Sales to drive our growth and impact. /p pDevelop innovative and cost-effective applications for IT Systems products, customizing solutions to fulfill unique customer requirements when standard offerings are not sufficient. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild and maintain strong relationships between Sales teams and Line of Business, encouraging collaboration and mutual growth. /li liServe as a trusted advisor, managing and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and consultants across EMEA and worldwide. /li liAttend customer meetings alongside Sales managers as a technical expert, providing valuable insights and expertise. /li liCreate engaging product and application presentations for customers and consultants, showcasing the value of our offerings. /li liRegularly visit consultants, building meaningful relationships and collaborating to develop effective solutions. /li liDeliver technical training for sales teams and customers, empowering them with valuable knowledge and skills. /li liOrganize and host events and webcasts to showcase Vertiv products and technologies, engaging diverse audiences and inspiring interest in our solutions. /li liCollaborate with Product Management and Sales teams to provide feedback on current products and contribute ideas for new product development. /li liMonitor the market for emerging trends and competitor activities, ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry innovation. /li liContinuously develop your knowledge and expertise in IT SYSTEMS solutions, contributing to your professional growth and our collective success. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEducational Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a focus on electrical, electronics, telecommunication, or computer systems. /li liProfessional Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience with IT SYSTEMS products and installation, particularly within Datacenter environments or similar settings. /li liDesirable Additional Expertise: Experience in Thermal and Power systems, especially within Data Center or equivalent environments. /li liBroader Industry Insight: Solid experience in adjacent markets and held similar positions. /li liLanguage Skills: Proficiency in the local language and fluent English, both written and verbal. /li liStrong IT Skills: Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, coupled with a customer‑centric and sales‑oriented mindset. /li liCommunication Presentation: Outstanding communication and presentation abilities. /li liRequirement Engineering: Strong background in requirement engineering. /li liTechnical Drawing Skills: Proficiency in conceptualizing and creating technical drawings using Visio or CAD. /li liDemonstrated commitment to understanding and anticipating customer needs. /li liExtensive hands‑on experience with IT SYSTEMS products. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Legal Notice /h3 pVertiv is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
