We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Senior UX/UI Graphic Designer.THE IMPACT:S/He leads design decisions and contributes to the evolution of the user experience for Elica's digital products, transforming user insights, functional requirements, and brand values into measurable design choices.MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Lead the UX/UI design decisions for the Brand's digital products;Translate user needs and behaviors, product requirements, and the Brand's essence into design solutions;Design user flows, information architectures, and firmware interfaces;Create development-ready UI layouts, applying and evolving the UI kit;Ensure usability, accessibility, and cross-device consistency;Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, providing rationale for design decisions;Contribute to fostering UX culture within the team.
