Job Details What you will do Customer Service Representative is responsible for arranging domestic, Responsible for liaising with the internal customers, personnel and customers to ensure an excellent customer experience. How you will do it Responsibility for, but not necessarily limited to, the following: - Input customer orders managing the entire order process and returned goods procedure. - Liaise with employees in other departments to resolve customer issues - Keep up-to-date on products, inventory. that are necessary to provide customers with an excellent customer service level - Complete all customer or staff requested reporting - Investigate and resolve service issues reported by customers - Responsible for executing shipping documents for domestic and international shipments - Billing - Purchase orders - Expediting, monitoring of supplier’s orders and reminders What we look for - Post-secondary education (or work equivalent experience) - Fluency in English and a second European Language is required. - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service environment. - Minimum of 2 years’ experience of shipping domestic and export traffic terms, documentation and procedures. - Experience handling tasks where attention to details is critical to success. - Proficiency with Excel and at least an ERP Systems - Good keyboarding - Customer oriented - Good Communication skills - Team working - Problem solving - Goal oriented Our benefits We offer an exciting and challenging position with great personal freedom and professional responsibility.
