Contract Management Intern
Location: Milan
Reporting to: Head of Contract Management
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Contract Management Intern to join our team in Milan. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing contractual aspects of international projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, minimize risks, and contribute to the success of our projects.
What You'll Do
As a Contract Management Intern, you will:
* Assist in reviewing and summarizing contracts and related documentation.
* Support the setup and maintenance of project databases and governance tools.
* Help draft and review contractual correspondence, documents, and amendments.
* Participate in internal meetings and contribute to team discussions.
* Assist in preparing reports and contract-related presentations.
* Support the implementation of contract management processes and tools.
What We're Looking For
Education & Language Skills:
* Law degree.
* Spanish: professional or native-level fluency.
* English: strong written and spoken skills.
* German or French is a plus.
