Job Description: Define the future of the company's physical and digital user interfaces, considering user trends, diverse customer profiles, multi-regional and multi-brand strategies, available HMI platforms, opportunities, and technical constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including developers, product managers, R&D teams, and external partners—to handle UX/UI tasks and create innovative solutions. Develop and implement a unified UI design system across all company HMI products to ensure consistent brand experience. Design and prototype user interfaces for HMI, mobile, and web platforms, ensuring seamless and intuitive user experiences aligned with multi-brand strategies. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design and front-end development. Oversee the deployment of visual communication and graphics on residential products. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Interaction/Product Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. At least 6 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Excellent visual communication and graphic design skills. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Knowledge of Arduino or other coding software is a plus. Experience in structured and international environments, such as design consultancy or corporate settings, is advantageous. Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Italian and Chinese are additional pluses. Excellent communication skills and ability to work within interdisciplinary teams.
