Contribute to long‐term and short‐term planning activitiesSupport the monthly performance review process, analyzing actuals, including cause & effect analysis to provide insights on deviations vs budget/forecastCollaborate with other financial organizations within Siemens ItalySupport monthly closing activity, reporting and cost controlling
Required Entry Qualifications
You are under 30, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contractYou are a fresh graduate in Economics or have a finance academic backgroundProficiency in English and ItalianBasic knowledge of accounting principles and double entry (partita doppia)Understanding of data analytics with a data‐driven and digital approachDigital savvy and innovative attitude in preparing and processing dataTeam player ability, strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a changing environmentPassion to never stop growingRespect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co‐create and share knowledgeEligibility to work in ItalyMicrosoft Office, Power BI, basic data‐scientist techniques and methodologies, and SAP knowledge is a plus
