Reporting directly to the Prototype and Testing Manager, your mission is to ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of our machines through rigorous validation processes. /ph3Your Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the validation phases for hydraulic components and machine transmissions, working closely with key suppliers. /liliOversee and monitor machine endurance tests to guarantee long-term durability. /liliVerify load diagrams, overload stability, and platform stability for safety compliance. /liliConduct comprehensive tests regarding weighing, vibration, noise, visibility, and operator comfort. /liliEvaluate and identify structural issues directly in the field. /liliProvide technical expertise and support to fellow team members. /li /ulh3What You Bring /h3pWe are looking for a meticulous professional with a strong engineering background and a proactive mindset. /ph3Technical Requirements /h3pEducation: Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering. /ppExperience: Approximately 3 years of experience as a Test Engineer, preferably within the Automotive, Earthmoving, or Agricultural sectors. /ph3Technical Skills /h3ulliProficiency in structural and stability calculations. /liliFamiliarity with industry-specific regulations and standards. /liliExpertise in data acquisition tools: Dewesoft, Hydrotechnik, Vbox, Vector, Kvaser. /liliDeep understanding of analog and digital sensors and their applications. /liliAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar suites. /liliLanguages: Good command of English is required; knowledge of French is considered a strong plus. /li /ulh3Soft Skills /h3ulliStrong analytical and data interpretation skills. /liliExceptional problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. /liliAbility to plan, organize, and manage time effectively. /liliAn innovative spirit with a focus on clear communication and active listening. /li /ulh3Location /h3pCastelfranco Emilia (MO), Italy. /ph3Compensation /h3pCompetitive salary commensurate with actual experience. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
