IMA Alphamac, based in Ozzano Dell’Emilia (BO), designs and manufactures cutting‑edge machines and lines for the production of plastic containers and fluid packaging for industrial, food and personal care sectors.
Job Summary
* Collaborate in synergy with sales and agents.
* Hand‑over customer from Sales Project Manager to closure of FAT.
* Provide remote technical support and invoice related time.
* Handle support tickets until resolution, with statistical analysis of RNC.
* Prepare commercial proposals for spare parts lists, periodic maintenance, warranty extension contracts, training.
* Sell standard spare parts and service.
Skills And Experience
* Proven experience managing service in a manufacturing environment.
* Excellent communication and relational skills both with external customers and internal corporate entities.
* Problem‑solving orientation for complex issues and strong organizational skills.
* Fluent in English.
What Would Make You a Great Fit
* Experience with SAP and CRM.
* Knowledge of a second language.
