This role offers the opportunity to learn, contribute, and support Lean transformation initiatives within our European team.
What You'll Do
* Support Lean transformation activities in diverse electromechanical manufacturing environments and administrative processes
* Participate in continuous improvement/Kaizen projects (5S, VSM, Standard Work, DMS, Line Balancing & Yamazumi, SMED, TPM, Problem Solving)
* Analyze data and operational activities to identify improvement opportunities and reduce waste
* Support the implementation and deployment of the Daily Management System (DMS)
* Learn and apply Lean methodologies through hands-on involvement
Your Profile
Required:
* Availability to travel within the European region
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in various work environments
* Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams)
* Basic understanding of Lean tools
Nice to Have:
* Lean certifications
* Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality
