It all builds on a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign and optimize training material within the Handling Logistics process /liliAnalyze AS IS and future state of training material and systems /liliCreate process roadmaps and plans for future states /liliDefine training material requirements and specifications if material shall be developed or sourced from others /liliStandardize generic layup training materials /liliBe part of building a culture of excellence, innovation, and responsibility /liliInvestigate and solve training issues using structured methods (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams) /liliApply continuous improvement principles using Lean tools to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and ensure final training material quality /li /ulh3Education /h3ulliBachelor of Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent /liliTrain the Trainer or other training education /li /ulh3Experience /h3ulli6-8 years of developing training material mainly for unskilled workers /liliTraining of shop floor employees /liliPlanning of training for up to 100 persons /liliDeveloped/defined functional training material for employees with short or long education /li /ulh3Essential Skills /h3ulliAbility to assess skill gaps and define learning objectives aligned with business goals /liliKnowledge of adult learning principles, blended learning, and experiential training formats /liliWorking with engineering managers and subject matter experts to co-develop content for functional training material /liliEnsuring training aligns with ISO standards, safety regulations, and internal policies /liliFamiliarity with LMS and e-learning tools /liliGathering input from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs /liliWillingness to spend time in the factory environment to understand and solve problems /liliData-driven decision making (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams) /liliSelf-motivated, result-oriented with strong organizational discipline /liliAbility to collaborate across cultures and time zones with stakeholders /liliBe an integral part of cross-functional product development projects /liliCustomer-oriented with understanding of the complete business value chain from a customer perspective /liliCommitted to learning /li /ulh3Company and Hiring Information /h3pOur commitment to a fair hiring process: At Vestas, we evaluate candidates based on professional experience, education, and relevant skills.
