HR STRATEGIC PLANNING MANAGER - ROMA Luogo di lavoro: RomaMain activities Workforce and headcount planning aligned with strategic and business priorities; Development of HR plans and labour cost forecasts linked to economic and financial indicators; Scenario analysis, sensitivity assessments and evaluation of organizational impacts; Assessment of tools supporting workforce planning (union agreements, mobility schemes, rightsizing measures); Monitoring plan progress and defining corrective actions; Production of advanced reporting on workforce trends, labour costs and organizational dynamics; Definition of metrics and reference parameters for personnel budgeting and planning; Management of relationships with internal international stakeholders. Requirements Must have Solid experience in workforce planning, labour cost management and strategic planning, gained in complex organizations or consulting environments; Fluent English knowledge; Proven and successful experience in People Management; Strong analytical capabilities and ability to integrate HR data with financial and economic indicators. Nice to have Previous experience in Finance - Planning & Control - Strategic Planning; Knowledge of reporting, control, budgeting & forecasting techniques; Mastery of workforce planning models; Skills in statistical analysis and sensitivity - What-If analysis; Familiarity with rightsizing processes and union agreement management; Ability to interact effectively with international stakeholders in complex contexts; Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
