Role: Junior Office Administrator Location: Arese Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support including document and personal files management, filing, and correspondence. Assist in managing office supplies. Support onboarding processes by preparing documents, workplace and coordinating with new employees. Handle internal and external communications professionally. Ensure compliance with employee regulations, internal payroll procedures, other internal policies and audit requirements. Collect, verify, and input employee attendance, overtime, and leave records. Assist in preparing monthly payroll data for approval. Execute payments, fund transfers. Liaise with Finance manager and employees to resolve payroll-related queries. Prepare bank deposits, expense reports, and petty cash records. Support month‐end closing with journal entry preparation and account reconciliations. Maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system. Support the Finance team during internal and external audits. Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. 2 years of experience in administration, accounting, or payroll (internships included). Written and spoken English. Driving license category B. Familiarity with accounting software (will be a plus). Strong Excel skills (data entry, basic formulas, formatting). Basic understanding of payroll processes and accounting principles. High attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work with confidential data and information; discretion. Willing to learn. Excellent analytical and problem‐solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
