PpWe are looking for highly qualified bSite Managers /b to oversee construction works and ensure compliance with bquality, safety, schedule, and cost requirements /b according to project documentation and Owner's guidelines. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liReview contractor-supplied QA/QC documentation and provide feedback for approval or rejection. /li liDevelop the Quantitative Control Plan for the assigned discipline. /li liMaintain thorough knowledge and application of all project documents and updates. /li liReview contractors' schedules and analyze human and material resource proposals. /li liMonitor project execution, identify critical issues, and make recommendations to the Construction Manager. /li liEnsure all work complies with approved contracts, safety, and environmental plans. /li liSupervise multiple contractors' works and ensure all inspections and tests are performed according to the Quality Assurance Plan. /li liValidate work stoppages, prepare reports, and update construction progress in the AURA system. /li liCoordinate with other Site Managers and collaborate with contract coordination. /li liSupervise electrical facilities (EF) including tests, OHL, UGL, HV, MV, LV DC, LV AC, communications, and protections. /li liControl As-Built documentation, manage cost deviation analysis, and supervise payments. /li /ul h3Minimum Requirements /h3 ul liEngineering degree or higher qualification in the assigned discipline. /li liValid license to perform official work validation according to local construction law, if applicable. /li liFull and updated training in work instructions for the assigned discipline. /li liKnowledge of applicable legislation and codes. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in the energy industry, with specific experience in work supervision. /li liClass B1 driving license and own 4x4 vehicle. /li liProficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software. /li liComplete PPE adapted to the type of plant (e.g., harness for wind turbines). /li liPhysical ability to walk 1 km/day on rough terrain, lift up to 45 kg, and tolerate adverse weather conditions. /li liStrong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. /li liFluent in English and, if applicable, the local language of the project. /li /ul h3Preferred Requirements /h3 ul liExperience in wind farms, PV plants, and substations. /li liAdvanced knowledge of quality control, electrical inspections, and testing. /li liAbility to work independently and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pParticipation in large-scale projects in the energy sector. /p pCompetitive contract with daily rates and coverage of project-related expenses. /p pProfessional development opportunities and international team collaboration. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
