Full-cycle recruitment management: overseeing the entire selection process, from job posting and resume screening to conducting interviews.Active candidate sourcing: utilizing recruitment channels, internal databases, and professional social networks (LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify profiles aligned with business requirements.Staffing agency management: coordinating with external recruitment partners (APL) for permanent and temporary staffing, while monitoring the progress of delegated selection processes.Talent Acquisition at Career Days: actively participating in university career fairs to identify top talent, map skills, and build a consistent candidate pipeline (Talent Pool).
Requirements
Language Proficiency: an excellent command of English, Spanish, and Italian – the selection process includes a dedicated language assessment via telephone.Experience: at least 1 year of experience in Recruitment and Selection activities.Education: bachelor's or master's degree (preferably in Humanities, Psychology, or Economics) with strong motivation and a keen interest in HR trends.Organizational Skills: excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a result‐oriented mindset.Proactivity: a proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.Public Speaking: exceptional public speaking and presentation skills.Stress Management: proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
